You may benefit from support when your emotions feel difficult to manage, your usual coping methods are no longer helping, or everyday tasks are starting to feel heavier than usual.
Other signs may include withdrawing from people, losing interest in activities you once enjoyed, feeling constantly overwhelmed or emotionally drained, experiencing changes in sleep or appetite, or finding yourself repeatedly stuck in the same painful thoughts or patterns.
You might also notice that even small decisions feel exhausting, or that you are “functioning” on the outside while struggling internally.
You do not need to prove that your struggle is serious enough. Wanting support is reason enough to start a conversation.
